1. Agreement to Terms

3. Services and AI Automation

Our services include AI automation, CRM setup, and business systems integration. While we strive for optimal performance, we do not guarantee specific business results, revenue increases, or lead generation volumes, as these depend on various market factors.

4. Subscriptions, Refunds, and Cancellations

Our services may be billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring schedule. You may cancel your subscription at any time, however, we do not issue refunds for partial months or unused services.

5. Affiliate Program Terms

Affiliate partners earn 10% Residual Income for the lifetime of active client subscriptions they refer. Payouts are made monthly, subject to a minimum payout threshold. We reserve the right to terminate affiliate accounts for fraudulent activity or misrepresentation.

6. Service Ownership

While you retain ownership of your business data, the proprietary automation workflows, custom code, and AI configurations built by STS remain the intellectual property of Smart Tools and Solutions unless explicitly transferred in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Smart Tools and Solutions, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
